Assembling a machine is one of the most important steps in cleaning the machinery and hydraulic systems because the numerous components, which are still unassembled, are susceptible to different types of contamination, which are influenced by the environment and assembly procedures.
Any component or system should be put together using clean parts in a clean production environment. This might not be doable, though. Hence, to achieve the appropriate roll-off cleanliness level, the entire hydraulic system must go through a cleanup operation following final assembly.
